I received a call from this company that said that I owe them 60 dollars at first. I asked them to call me tomorrow because on that day I have class until night. They called me the next day early in the morning around 8 and I was still sleeping. I picked up the phone and answered all of their questions without knowing what it was about because I was still sleepy. They told me that I am a member now and I am obligated to pay them 60 dollars per month for the next 5 years because I did not cancel with them by the given time. I did not receive any letter from them at that time. I claimed a dispute trough my bank and it is cleared now. They did not even response to the bank and I ended up winning the dispute and still being charged. They keep sending me letters every month stating that I owe them 300 dollars now. I tried to contact them and I still could not get a hold of them until today. They always said that their office is currently closed. What should I do to resolve this matter?
