Will not pay me my winnings ripoff

I have been a member to freelotto for years. A few months ago I emailed them and stated I no longer wanted them to take money from my checking account and stated I contacted my bank and made it clear that I no longer wanted money taken out from freelotto. They have been sending me these letter for a long time stating I won one million ten thousand eight hundred dollars.
Every time I tried to claim these winning that I honestly thought I won due to the fact that I paid almost ten dollars a month for a few years.

They stated that my tsn number was wrong. That I cannot collect my winning due to this number. So I continued paying and trying to collect. I have been paying and wishing for a long time now that they would finally pay me. They did however after I sent them the email over my canceling my account with them.
They sent me a three dollar check for the remainer of my month of not playing free lotto.
Which now I know was just being a smarty pants. My kids and family have thought for about a year that I really won. I printed off four different letters on the four different winnings totaling over a million dollars.
Everyone in my family read them and everyone thought it was real.

I am so ashamed that I fell for this scam. But when you pay to play you would never think that they could not pay out winnings.

My family still today ask me when I would get the money cause my mom is sick and needs help so bad.
Winning was like god sending us what he knew we needed.
I dont have the nerve to tell them that I was ripped off.
I not only feel bad for me and my family. I feel so bad for everyone that has been ripped off by freelotto. You start planning to pay the hospital bills and house payments and fix up your car and put kids through school. Because you paid every month to play and then find out you have been scamed. I wish they would have never told me I won. Why did they do that? Everytime they sent me a letter stating I won has only mad me want to roll over and die from knowing now that I cant help my mother after planting in her head that all of us would be ok. I have never wished things bad on anyone until now. When you feel like you could just die yourself you can wish the worst things possible for the ones who hurt you. God bless everyone hurt by this scam.
