Unauthorized automatic charges every 4 weeks, at least $102.63. For what crap lotion and eye cream. I made a complaint to my credit card company, since the charge was pending, they cannot help me until it posted. I called customer service, today Apr. 24th, they are supposed to be 100% committed to customer satisfaction, I felt 150% dissatisfied after speaking with them, they would not cancel the amount pending on my credit card. I will dispute charge when it is posted, the fraud dept of my credit card company is aware.
