£14.95 has been took from my account without my authorization, as a result i have gone overdrawn and i am been charged a fee of £5.00 per day from my bank, as i didn't authorize anyone taking that amount, i want it refunded back in my account, also i expect you to pay the charges i am incurring from my bank, can you please contact me via email
