Unauthorized charges, caused my bank account to be overdrawn irvine california

CIC - CIC*CE Credit Report - freecreditreport.com suddenly appeared on my monthly bank statement charging me $9.95 which caused my account to be overdrawn and an additional $34.00 charged to my account, a total of $43.95 of which I did not authorize... I work hard for my money and cannot afford to give away $43.95. As a result of this I had to cancel my debit card, pay for something I did not authorize, and go through endless bulls! $%T
TO ATTEMPT TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED ON MY ACCOUNT. Is there anyone out there with any ideas or advise for someone who works hard for their money and has been taken by this company???
