I had agreed to a three year subscription to the Blaylock Wellness Report in July for $139, to be delivered electronically to my email each month. The last issue I received was in June and I assumed that the newsletter was no longer being published, but that I was no longer receiving annoying emails from NewsMax was a relief.
Recently I received an renewal notice. They did not have current credit card information and wanted to renew my subscription. This morning I called customer service at NewsMax and asked about my account. After holding for 20 minutes, I was advised that they had been sending the newsletter to me, only that I had not been opening the newsletters for two years. That I had not been receiving the emails from them was my problem and that I was not deserving of a refund.
I have a fully functioning Outlook and my email address has not changed in nine years. They have not delivered the product to me and I am out two years of a subscription. I deserve a refund for my unopened issues. If they had offered to extend my subscription for two years, I could have found that more acceptable. I was offered a refund for the two months remaining on my subscription and access to the archive of older newsletters.
I find this very insulting, unfair and will no longer do business with NewsMax and the Blaylock Wellness Report.
