I ordered them on 3/6. When I went into my checking account to confirm the order, I noticed I was charged for (3) orders. I imediately contacted my bank and they put a hold on (2) orders. I was told by my bank as long as Magic Gravity didn't submit all (3) orders the transaction would only process (1). On March 7, all (3) orders were processed and confirmed with my bank. I contacted Magic Gravity Bra first by email. Here is there reply.
We have to wait for the credit card processor to reply back to us to verify you were charged 3 times and not already refunded, as they are suppossed to have safe guards in place that refund any duplicate orders. So we can not refund you if you have already been refunded by the credit card processor.
You can contact the CFPB or anyone else you feel the need to contact, thats your decision.
We do not respond well to threats or attempts to bully our company.
I also called this 1-800-203-0701, actually spoke with someone who claims they were in the sales dept, and they would forward a email to the shipping dept. This all started on 3/6, I have not received not (1) of the (3) I was charged for, nor have they responded all other emails I've sent regarding this issue. Today is April 24
