Charged for Payday Loan I Never Took and Told to Contact Lender

Hi, last month I have applied for a pay day loan, and you charge money from my account, but I didn't take any loan, because I get a call from my bank, and they said that some lender companies are trying to charge money from my account, so I made cancel for everything, but after few weeks I saw what i`m missing money in my account, and my bank said that I must to contact you, because by law, if I didn`t take any loan, you must to send money back.
So I want to get my money back
