Failure to correct payment record

EMC keeps reporting that I am 1 month behind on my payments.

I pulled up my account on their website and pointed out to them that my records showed no deficiency.

The lady told me that they had applied part of the September payment to a payment that had been deferred back in July.

They had granted me a one month deferral that was to be due "upon payoff, acceleration or maturity of the loan, whichever comes first".

She said that this mistake would be corrected. I had spoken to her on 2-16-05. On 3-2-05, it still had not been corrected but the lady couldn't tell me why but would see that correction was made.
