I talked to michael mills the first of january regarding a mortgage reduction was told that i needed to send the company 2.000 dollars i told him i did not have that amount all at once, i was told i could break it down unto two payment one thousand by january 31, and onethousand two dollars by feb 28 but they must be sent at the same time by the thirty first or the bank would not help up so i post dated the second check for feb 28, mr mills sent me papers what our notes would be for the next thirty years great reductions, my husband and i was so excited for the money we would be saving because we are both retired and living from check to check, he also sent the paper work we needed to send all of our personel infomation bank statement and all social security pension and everything and contract to sign we thought it was on the up and up every time we called to ask a question mr mills would respone answer the phone for us always until that second check was cashed we signed a contract stateing what our payment would be for the next thrity years, and if it did not go throuh we would get our 2.000 dollars returned to us with know problem it went so far as to call my mortgage company to get info about my mortgage they sent us papers saying that they did call. Now mr mills will not answer my call or returm my call the number 888.831.8954 is supose to be the operator is never available we think we have been scam by this company and michael mills and ashley who i never got a last name just a fax number 310-929-5347 i also fax mr mills paper work to this number 714-363-5505 can you please help us resolve this problem we don't have two thousand dollads to loose i had to borrow that to send it to them, i checked out premiere financial had others to check it out and thought everything was ok, but just never know how people know how to get around everything i do pray this will help others from being dooped just like us thanking you in advance for your help charles and nancy mckay (charles is the primary) mif this was on the up and up i would have heard something by now and my mortgage company would know something i have talked to them they know nothing except the first letter they got asking about our mortgage, tell us what to do next thank you.
