I had contacted Mills to clean out my gutters. He gave me a date to preform of 12/01/09 between 9:00 AM & 12:00 AM. On that date I called Mills after 12:00AM and ask him why he did not show. He stated he told me that he said he would arrive between 12:00 & 2:00PM. After 2:00PM I called again after he did not show. He did not answer and I left a message on his machine. He did not return my call or even did not have any excuse for not perfoeming the work.
