Ordered via internet cordless phone receiver. Received in alloted time. Didn't work with telephone set. Returned to 101phnes via cert mail, return recpt reqsted. No respons for 8 days. Checked with post office. Was advised "on hand awaiting pickup". Called 101phones. Was advised "they don't pickup, call post office to trace". Called post office. Was advised "package on hand awaiting pickup". Finally pickedup via 101phones on 4/19. $104.49 credited tomy account 4/23. Am out difference of $20.50 plus shipping charges of $14.40 ($total $34.90). 101phones pied abouit "no pickup" took too long to respond.
