What a scam company this is. I have spent 5 months, first trying to get a tablet I purchased, then trying to get my money back from frogsave when I canceled the transaction. They responded to every email I sent, and even told me that they put rude and harassing emails at the bottom of the pile for refunds. I did not consider my emails rude and harassing, I only wanted my money back for an item they promised, I paid for and they couldn't fulfill. So my last email requested when I could expect my paypal refund (note it has now been 6 weeks since they first told me they would process the refund right away), and today I received an auto response back that the company has closed their business. IT IS NO WONDER! I hope they get it as good as they gave it.
