Purchase one ICOO Android tablet via Groupalicious website mid to late December. It was a two week deal so I did not get the voucher until 1/2 which I promptly used. After multiple emails and excuses, I still do not have the product. The phone # provided on their website goes straight to voice mail and says to email them only. There is no actual way to talk to a real person. This is not a valid company. Do not buy anything from them. The customer service wasn't so bad in the beginning (email only of course) but after I multiple emails for status, they stopped responding.
