I was charged $19.65 on my debit card in 12/12, and the only information my bank had was an 888# based in Austin, Texas.By the time I could cancel "my account", which I never opened, the total charges equalled $58.95. I was allowed to cancel "my membership" but they stated they could only reimburse the last charge of $19.65. I be contacting my bank again since I have verified that it was an unauthorized charge, and they said they will file for reimbursement of all charges on my behalf.
