I placed an order 04/11 I was promised that my order would be delivered in 3-4 days I waited until 04/20 that evening I phoned Jennifer @ T.R.S. Jennifer told me that the product had already shipped but when I mentioned that I hadn't received my order, Jennifer put me on hold came back on the phone and said that the warehouse guy would send it out that night. Obviously she lied. Today I have attempted calling the 1800-315-9877 number multiple times, the number has been busy now 2 hours of trying. I have reason to complain because I just found out that this person has now taken lots of order, and payments for much more and has not sent the products to them. Some orders totaling $300.00 or more. Please help me stop this person from scamming people. I want my money back.
