The electric co was charging me between 9 hundred and 11 hundred dollars during the winter. I was paying between 4 and 5 hundred dollars amonth today they are alowing me 15 amps by way of a restructor. I have breathing ishues and depreshion ishues. I have a 14 year old son and a daughter with my grand son he is 3 years old.
