Order #'s Y77KF8WE and Order #2DLF4ETT for Fix Cleaner Driver Update and Fix purchased today Spoke with two operators from company one being Bernard and the Second Wendy who gave me an Activation #. When inserting this in the appropriate box it keeps coming back saing my E Mail Address of Activation # is wrongI tried on numerous occasions to talk to them on the chat line and before I could respond to them it ended the Chat line which I couldnt get back to without starting all over after doing this for over the lsast Four Hours I would like to cancel these charges to my Visa. I"ll take my computer into the Computer Store for repairs
