On April 20 at around 11:00 A.M., i went to the said location and i need to buy used tires for my 1996 Ford Explorer. I spoke to a certain Tony and he said that he might have 1 0r 2 Used Tires. He check and took out 2 used tires and said it is $ 42.00 @.. Upon placing all the tires he asked for the $84.0 from me, I asked for the receipt for the Tires that i paid for and he said " if you want a receipt i'm going to charge you for the sales tax". I replied and said" Go ahead and charged me for the Sales Tax as long i got a receipt from you. He told me to park my Car to the vacant lot. I waited for 20 minutes for him to issue me a receipt for the tires, but he didn't even show up and instead he went to his some clients and totally ignore me. So i waited and waited for tony and i decided to leave because its been too hot already waiting under the Sun.
