Speedy PC Pro program (purchased 07-10-12 for $29.97) was not functioning an as a result I contacted the tech support number given to me on 02-13-13 at the time of purchase.
After 2-1/2 hours plus numerous phone calls in between, I finally hung up the phone in total frustration as I could barely make out a word of English they were trying to say. They did not understand my problem, they did everything else including dumping the Speedy PC Pro program that I purchased in July and replacing it with some Free edition of some other antivirus program. The tech whose name was Surender, was probably just as frustrated with me as I was with him and upon not being able to provide me with an English speaking person, I frustratedly thanked him and hung up. Then I get a call from his supervisor for the purpose of rating my experience. I tried again to explain my concern with losing my Speedy PC Pro program, got some gibberish to which I responded that I would never use the service again and I won't. I paid $199.99 for a service provided by people who barely speak English and I have no clue as to what how much, if any, English they understand.
I wan't my money back and although I didn't see any 'automatic annual renewal fee' notation on my receipt, I want to make sure it will never happen.
Contacting numbers provided on safecart website resulted in nothing but hold, hold, hold, only to result in an automated "we're closed".
