Rip-off! Dishonest, fradulent billing!

On October 8 I had received a phone call from Fundamental Consumer Credit offering me a credit line for $2500 and an APR of 14%. This was being offered because I had qualified for trying to rebuild credit. I accepted the offer and they had told me that they would charge me $299.00 for the one time fee and debit it from my account.

They debited that money on October 25th and as of today December 13 I have still not received a credit card.

I have called them at least 3 times a week asking them where the card is, they have the same excuse. The holidays are approaching and the mail is backed up or my address wasn't right in the system, they promise and promise they have sent it out but I have never received it. The phone number is always busy, you can't get through to anyone and when it does ring they hang up on you.

I have also asked them to send it overnight with a confirmation number and they cannot do that for me. As of today they had told me that they will credit me the $299.00 to my account and to me that is a lie also.

A class action suit should be in order for this fraudulent company. It kinda sucks when you have Christmas around the corner and your hopes of getting that credit card to get gifts for your son's 1st christmas is just an empty dream leaving you with nothing but the emptiness of feeling robbed and violated. This company needs to pay 10x fold.
