Planet loan has several different companies. I borrowed 150.00 from two of them and they went into my account several different times. Not on the date they were suppose to. Putting my account in aa negative balance. They kept trying to pull out regardless and the nsf fees on top of the negative balance sent my account into a big negative. My account was closed and sent to collections. Now im stuck trying to pay it off. I opened up with a new bank and they still tried to take 49.00 from it today! I dont know how they got my new account info because it is with a different institution. Now i am back to paying another balance. I emailed and called and no response. They only respond if i say i would like to send them a payment. I figure with all the nsf's and bank charges i have to pay now, they shouldnt get their money back from me!
