Sold me a warantee for 800 dollars even thoough Yamaha provides one free. Ripoff

I purchased a new motorcycle in June. The model I wanted came with accessories. For exapmle a windshield, backrest and hard bags. They told me I could pick up the bike on Moday june 5th. When I went down to get the bike they said the accessories weren't in but would be in within a few days. At that same time they sold me an extended warrantee of 4 years beyond the one year they said came with the bike. The cost was $795. Needless to say it was a few weeks before the accessories came in. I brought the bike in for them to put the accessories on and when I went to pick it they said they had one problem. Each accessoy comes with a lock and at this point each has a seperate key, meaning I now had 4 keys for the motorcycle. They said they would order matching locks when I brought my bike in for the 600 mile check up. One problem was, when I road home the bags were flopping around because they had now locks and that made it difficult to ride more than 20 mph. Anyhow I crawled home with the bike and promplty removed the bags when I got home. As soon as I hit the 600 mile checkup point I made an appointment and brought the bike in. The next day they informed me they had taken the bike out for a test ride and the bags fell off and were destroyed. The service manager wanted to charge me for replacement. The bages cost $1200. I spoke to the general manager named Jeff and he assured me he would take care of it. Weeks passed and he did not return my calls.infact after spending $17000 dollars at the place I have yet to get even a courtesy phone call from them. I have to go there to get any info from the. I went there on Aug 14th and asked Jeff where my bags were and he said they were back ordered and would be there the 17th and ready for install on the 20th. I asked him to please call me when they got in. Needless to say, I never got a phone call.in the meantime, I called Yamaha to escalate these issues and they informed me that they give a free 4 year extended warrantee and they don't know why the dealer would charge me for one. Yamaha also said that the dealer never ordered the bags for me. They contacted Jeff the general manager and he said he thought this was all taken care of and he would get on it immediately. Again a week went by and I've still received no phone calls. On 9-2 I went down to confront Jeff the general manager and I was told he doesn't work at that store any longer. I am at my wits end with these rip offs and would advise anyone and everyone not to do business with them. God knows how many other people they've ripped off with the extended warrantee alone. Their business is known as "Crazy Freddy's" and has 2 other locations. Sunrise Honda and South Shore Motor Sports.
