I Have Been Scamed By Someone Selling An 8 Wheel ATV

I found an Argo 8x8 750i amphibious ATV advertised on the internet, I followed the instructions to send out a Money Gram to the address that I don't have right now and I followed what looked to be a realistic invoice from E-Bay vehicle holding company... And now the e-mail address doesn't exist any more. I would think there should be a way to track down who paid for the e-mail address to start with... If not then that is a flaw in the system... All email addresses should have someone tagged to them, I mean there should be a record of who is paying for the e-mail service...
