Hacked Account Followed by Unauthorized 70.03 Charge Taken Out

For some reason my account got hacked, and now I cannot get to it. I called my bank, and it said 70.03 was pending at 7:30 pm. I called again a half hour later, and the 70.03 had been taken out for Facebook. I have no reason why. I have not authorized anyone to do so. I would just like to see what is going on. I still cannot get to my Facebook or anything else, let alone knowing this money has been taken without my say.
