I was playing a game on Facebook and bought some coins, and it cost 1.00. They charged me 100.00. How do I get my 99.00 back into my account?

I have been playing this game all the time, and I never spend more than 10.00 at any given time. How do I get my money back? They have a phone number, but they sent me to a web page that I cannot find.
