I ordered a trial kit of collagenta serum and creams from DSK in January for the price of shipping, I noticed they had taken out £176, I found the phone number and got through to someone but she was no use so put the phone down, I then got an email offering me the products at a reduced price, I agreed to this and they refunded £76, I thought this was the end then a month ago I got a collagenta serum delivered and £69 taken out of my account without my permission like the first time, so I sent DSK an email telling them I wanted to send it back, they emailed me telling me to write my email, name and address on the inside and outside of package and send it to an address in warwickshire, I did this and sent it recorded delivery, I then emailed them a copy of the recipt. A few days later they emailed me saying that the weight was wrong on the recipt and that they cannot refund on used or empty bottles, I explained that I had not used it and when they recieve the bottle they can check this. For the next few weeks they were saying they had not recieved the item, I went onto track and trace with the post office and printed off the signature used when they recieved the item, scanned it and sent it to them, now I can't get hold of them or my £69. I've told Trading Standards and they are looking into it and I have informed my bank not to let them have anymore of my hard earned cash, is there any way I can get my money back I have all the proof that I sent the item and the signature they used when they recieved it, HELP
