This is one of the biggest scams going. While I received NOTHING but aggravation from the supposed service I was to receive, I took my lumps and canceled. The next month, I was charged anyway. I called and promises were made by a supervisor (Ian) to reimburse the charges. Never happened. These people are thieves and liars. They also caused serious damage to my household. If there is an attorney to file a claim against these crooks, please go for it.
