Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I received a $79.95 charge to my checking account from a company I have never heard of. I called and they canceled my account and said they would reimburse the money. I found out that they also charged this amount in 2002 & 2003. This was never authorized. I went to their site like three years ago and got a one time credit report, which is free once a year! The people on the phone are rude, they wont let me talk to a manager. I have read all over the internet about my same situation happening to many people. Something needs to be done about this. This company should not be allowed to do business this way. When they charged this amount it caused payments to bounce. I recived two NSF charges at $28 each. They wont reimburse the past years even though I never used their service or signed up for it. They wont reimburse the NSF charges either. My bank wont reimburse the amounts because it was CIC Credit Monitoring who caused it.
