I have been a long time Groupon customer. My experience with Groupon has been very dissatisfactory.in the recent months every time I've called Groupon, they have been unhelpful. The reason I call them is because their Groupon good were not delivered in the timeframe promised, in fact on average they have been four weeks late. The reps of Groupon never apologize for the lateness.in fact they justify the lateness by defending the vendor or Groupon. Lately reps like Steven and Ally, have been very rude. They have denied my request to talk to a supervisor. It is no wonder that Groupon is significantly dropping in stocks. I'm sure their poor service along with their false promises of delivery contributes to this drop.
Groupon's phone service suggests e-mailing them however the average turnaround for that email has been five weeks, and that's if they respond at all. They have denied receiving two emails from me out of four. Is this poor customer service or what?
My experience with KGB deals have been much better and their response time is very quick. I hope more people Will give up on Groupon and join other services if this continues.
