I purchased two Groupon s for Massage 2 Houston as a gift for a friend of mine. When I called to make an appointment for him, the person that answered the phone took the preferred date and time and said someone would call me back. I called back the next day, and got the same response. I called again in two days, just to be told that someone would contact me as soon as possible. Since the preferred date is actually tomorrow, I called again this morning and asked that someone please let me know what time my friend should be there. No one ever called back. I called again in the afternoon and explained to the lady that answered the phone that I've been calling for almost a week and that I needed to know what time my friend needed to come in. Her response was 'look, we have only one person working here, so he calls back when he has time.' At this point, my gift has been nothing but a frustration for both my friend and I. I do not want to use these groupons and really want to get my money back if possible. I got 2 of these thinking this place would be well worth it. I have been using Groupon for a while and have never experienced such horrible service. After this, it will take a lot of research before I decide to by another deal.
