Worst voip phone service ever! - voip

Our company switched over to Windstream viop for our office in October. Since then I have had to open over 60 trouble tickets due to our phones going down/outages, losing vital business in the process. I have never dealt with such horrible service in all my life, worst decision EVER to switch to Windstream. If anyone out there is considering using their services, Please, DO NOT!!!
