Crescent, the owner and operator of My Permanent Makeup in Scottsdale, AZ is great. She does an amazing job on eyelash extensions. She takes longer than some people I've heard of, but that's only because she takes the time to be sure your eyelashes look exactly how you want them to. She treats repeat customers like gold. I have been to see her twice now for my eyelashes, and I can't wait to go back next week for permanent makeup!!!
