To Whom It May Concern (hopefully the Manager),
I came in to your spa on Thursday March 26th with my niece who was visiting from N.Y. I had purchased 2 groupon s for massages for the 2 of us. My original plan was for us to have massages simultaneously, but was told that you only have 1 female masseuse. So I figured that while we wait for each other I would purchase other services for us to enjoy. I made an appointment for my niece to get a manicure and pedicure and for myself I would try eyelash extensions (which I have never done before but always wanted to). Long story short, my niece was upset that the manicurist cut her a few times while she was cutting her cuticles. She also stated that her equipment was "ghetto" and she wasn't even sure it was sanitized. When I made the appointment for the eyelash extensions, I was told that the cost was $35. When I went to pay the girl told the receptionist it was $50! She said she would do me a favor and only charge me $40. I should have only paid $35 because that was what I was originally told it was. My eyelashes looked good when I left, but they were kinda uncomfortable and sticking to each other.By Saturday, most if them fell off! As far as our massages go, we both enjoyed them but I definitely would have enjoyed it a lot more if my masseuse didn't talk so much to me. Whenever I get massages, the room is silent and I can relax and hopefully fall asleep. I spent a lot of money at your spa and gave all of your staff at least 20% tips because I myself make a living on tips. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed and if anyone asks if I know a good spa, I will definitely not recommend yours.
