On 3/28 a loan was placed thru them by Jim Hayes, Inc for a vehicle. Gap Ins was purchased. 9/27 the vehicle was totalled. My insurance paid their portion and Gap paid their portion. I was advised by Jim Hayes, Inc and Gap Ins that I was to continue to pay
payments until all settled. Now Scott Credit Union says all they owe me was $174.22 which they sent to me and I have not been reimbursed for three payments of $147.29. I have all correspondence to back up this information.
