I applied for a loan with the above company and was approved, was emailed a contract with the terms and conditions but I did not sign the contract. Prior to me actually getting the loan money, I was advised I had to pay/purchase an insurance premium since was credit score was not good and this would insure the loan would be paid. This company required me to send cash ($1896.00) via Western Union. The wu# is: mtcn 114-920-0539. The next day this same company called and told me that my loan actually could not go thru and that through further research I was declined for the amount. I could however send more money for a better insurance poilcy which of course I declined as I became suspicious of this company and I demanded they send me my money ASAP and I was supposed to have recieved my refun last week.in their contract it states that they will refund all monies plus service charges and that they have 6 weeks to get it to me, but htye promised I would have it sooner. I have called this company and spoken with many people besides Scott Hayes who was the rep on my account and I have not recieved a call back nor have a recieved an email in writing in which I requested from this company 2 weeks ago.insurance Company Name: Optimum Insurance Grouep Temporary Insurance Policy #: PQ-0086451
