Locked Out of Account Twice After Friend Requests and Phishing

Facebook has locked me out of my account twice. First they said I requested friends I did not know, but I asked no one to be my friend.
Next they said someone was phishing my account, pretending to be Facebook to steal my data. I have no method of contacting or using the account, and I am presently in negotiations with the PRC China to do consulting work.
