EU Business Services LTD also known as EU Business Register have been contacting our company for years. We were sent a form to complete for complementary listing on their directory in the spring of 2010 which we submitted thinking it was just that. 3 months later the bills started coming and without performing an investigation, we paid for the 1st year and requested cancellation of the account. The account executive that contacted us guaranteed we would not hear from them again. One year later they started emailing, faxing and mailing invoices again. When we responded with our previous emails requesting cancellation, they began threatening the company inappropriately. We began ignoring the threats, and after sending us the emails and letters for 1 month, they remained quiet until the following year. The cycle repeated in 2012 and once again the emails have started for 2013. This company is trying to target other individuals in the company that are not aware of the situation that may be willing to send a cheque based on threats to take legal action.
