Sloppy Accounting and erroneous 1099 reporting

I received incorrect P&L statements which translated into incorrect 1099 income reporting for two years. After sending many emails to the owner and his staff and making many phone calls regarding this matter no one responded until a year later. It appears that rent collections due me were diverted from me to a bank instead, without contacting me first for permission and without a court order to do so. It appears that they have only contacted me recently, because I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau! This firm sells themselves as a professional office, but in fact they are far from it. Additionally, I would like to know how you can state that after an entire year has passed, Solid Rock Properties, LLC is now stating that there was an error on Form 1099-MISC. For 2010? In consideration of the fact that I have reached (sent emails to Toby and staff) out to your firm since 2010 without any response and then again in early I am requesting that you submit to me a full reconciliation of my account for both 2010 and prior to you sending a corrected Form 1099 MISC.
