My son's bank account was over-drafted in excess of $180, filed with Bank and concluded it was NOT fraudulent activity.

Called (866) 321-4139 as reference on this site and spoke to Contact Rep named Brock - He was fantastic, showed me the two sites he supposedly subscribed (Family Safelife/US Financial Resources). He even took off/credited my account for last $59.95 before canceling service.
