Impossible to contact customer service

I have now called Xbox live support 10 Times w/Out exaggeration and every time I was hung up on by the automated machine after it claimed to be sending me to a customer support rep to help me. It would pause for a whole 15 seconds a nd then state, "call back later, goodbye." Now I am having big issues with my Xbox live account that I alone have tried disconnecting everything and doing anything I can on my part to fix the situation. I Never like calling Xbox live in the first place because they are Never helpful and do the best they can to make the situation That much worse. But I am desperate at this point, so to have an automated machine tell me they have a lot of problem calls and the hold time will be a bit longer than usual and then hang up on me just progressed my situation and makes me wonder if they even Have a staff at the moment. This is not very professional for a company to act like this and I for one would like to see a change or something to happen.
