OnI'm currently sitting in the waiting room, for the third time, because i brought my kia soul in for minor repair work for a button on the steering wheel that does not work. They make endless excuses and each time i leave this department something else does not work. I am here now because not only did they fail to fix that one single button, but the managed to completely disable all buttons on the steering wheel, as well as the horn, and possibly the air bag... Thankfully i never had to test if that worked still. I don't enjoy spending my time, for hours on end, multiple times to fix their mistakes... No loaner car, no coffee... Just a chair to wait in do they can make more bad repairs...
