Contacted by phone and told my windows license had expired and if i did not give them $176 to renew it, my pc would not start up again. Paid, contacted Dell who told me I'd been scammed. I disconnected their "technician" who had installed malware and spyware on my PC, contacted my bank and stopped payment. Now they are threatening legal action for stopped payment
