I purchased an order on 10/04 as a gift for a friend to be delivered on 11/04. This gift was a supposed to cheer them up being the anniversary day of a loved one. The item did not get delivered! I tried phoning but kept getting put through to their voice mail. I then resorted to online chat and whoever or whatever was chatting gave me a tracking number that when tracked displays as being picked up on 11/04 at 14:42pm.By 10:00pm when I got home it still had not been delivered and still today 12/04/2103 - nothing! Tried online chat again and was informed it will be delivered today. Tracking status is still the same -no change! I will be reporting the company to Dept. Of Fair Trading and when mentioning this to the operator Anna, she informed me that I would receive an email from the manager ASAP. Why email? Anyway I have not received and emails or calls since my first complaint to them on 11/04/2103 at 16:00pm. So not happy and most definitely will be reporting them.
