Contest Email Promising $950000 and a Collection Fee

I received an email from Facebook at my Yahoo email address stating that I was a winner in one of their contests, with 20 people winning $950000.00. I was then approached on Facebook by a Facebook employee, Linda Alenadra, who advised me of the procedure for collecting the money. The original communication came from the CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.
They wanted the fee to collect the winnings sent to a Rosa Jordan in Charleston, West Virginia, USA 25304. Phone number 1-979-330-5615. I was to call said number once the money order was sent, by 7 AM on April 12 from Jacksonville, Florida. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
