I placed an order using my debit card. I have not received it yet nor have I received any communication from the company. I tried calling their 800 number but it has been busy - they have the following message on their site "Please be aware we are experiencing problems with our phone lines. If you need immediate assistance please email us at sales@pgcscientifics.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. PGC Scientific is Upfront". I have emailed them several times at the above address and have received no reply. There are several complaints against them online, which I did not see until after I ordered, claiming this is a scam site. I would like to stop payment but my bank states there is nothing they can do.
