Yu Zhang Bad seller no replies, haven't received product

I ordered 3 items off the website "canonmugs.com" a few weeks ago and still havent received a reply or any communication from them, let alone my products. On my credit card statement it showed my payment to a "Yu Zhang" had been processed.
I've emailed numerous times and still havent received a reply, contrary to the website claiming a tracking number would be emailed to me as soon as product shipped out.
I'm usually pretty careful with my online purchases and this site appears legit, having been featured on facebook, twitter and the like. After a few days of no communication I started googling information on them and it appears I'm not the first and won't be the last.
Why is his website still up?!?!?!
