I ordered a cosmetic free trial only pay shipping.
Received confirmation same day. I gave my Master Card number, I did receive this product, I did try it and decided it was not for me. Just to be sure I used the information from the confirmation letter of how to contact them with any concerns etc. Either by email, web-site or telephone. I have been trying since day 20 and cannot get anywhere with this, when you phone a person was answering and putting you on hold but never comes back and now no one even answers. You can't access your a/c as they said you would be able to on-line. And you can't send the email from their sight, it doesn't "send". I googled both the Deadseablue company and their DS Marketing and that is when I realized all the people who my same problem. I phoned my Master Card company and they need to know the company terms, well there were none on-line. I had read about another scam some time ago where you had to cancel in 30 days
or they sent you more product at a huge price so even though this didn't say this I was going to contact them anyway. When I contacted Master Card they said there was already a charge for their product they say they shipped but I did not receive it, at least not yet, if it does come I will not receive it from the post office. Can you help me get this $145.00 off my credit card? I would appreciate your help. I will never order anything on line again, I am learning a good lesson for a 80 year old woman. When Master Card told me they had already charged me this amount, I didn't write the amt. Down but I will phone them back and get it. If I hear from you.
