I ordered the 30 day trial of CraveHB or SBody products. They apparently go by 2 different names. My 30 day trial was not yet expired when they charged my account $79.87 and sent me another of their products without my permission. I cancelled my account and I received an email saying that my account had been de-activated as of 12/21 and I would receive no more product. The representative I was speaking with admitted that my account should not have been charged by $79.97. I contacted them several times by mail and by email and have not received my refund. This company is a fraud and they need to refund my $79.97.
