They said they could restruct my loan with an Obama loan to 2%, and I would get $5,000. Every 5 years if I paid my mortgage on time. They were going to reduce my mortgage from $1,308. To $750. A month and they said they needed $1,995. To lock in so I didn't have the money I out a cash advance for $1,300. And sent in the $1.995. I did not hear from them after they got the money. I contacted my lender and they did not hear from them to refinance, I requested my money and have been callng, faxing a refund form, but month after month no one ever calls me to give me my money back. I had someone check out the address and it is a UPS store with a box marked Premiere Financial Center.
I am a single Mom and struggling, I need to get my money back. I have contacted several Banking companies and they don't give me any hope to get my money back. Can you help me please.
